What challenges did you face when hiring in the Netherlands or the European market in general? How did EuroDev help with overcoming this challenge?

We had talent acquisition needs in the EU/UK market and had an overwhelming number of applicants on our job posting. While this is a fantastic problem to have, because of time and resources, we needed support (and HR expertise) in funneling candidates and identifying top applicants with specific criteria. EuroDev took on a critical part of the recruitment process which helped us tremendously by narrowing down our search, conducting phone interviews, and providing a shortlist of candidates to move forward with.
