Despite the company's global successes, it encountered challenges in managing its European workforce. Their previous partner failed to deliver customized benefits and compensation plans, which made it difficult to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction, retention, and attraction. The needed customized benefits were mainly related to pension plans and private health care plans. Next to the personalized benefit plans, the objective was to assist ICDS with turning independent contractors into employees.
Additionally, the ICDS faced difficulties in managing the complexities of European labor laws and regulations, specifically in the Netherlands and the UK. This created a pressing need for a partner who had extensive knowledge of employment in Europe and also provided tailored support for them.
