Aleksandra's Story

Working at EuroDev in an international setting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures was a significant learning experience for me. It taught me to stay open-minded towards individuals with different working and communication styles, as well as varying mindsets. Living in a diverse world, it was crucial for me to adapt to and understand people who are different from me in order to leverage our differences effectively. 

There were moments when I wasn't sure about the best way to implement my given task or the most effective approach to take. However, during those times, I knew I had an amazing team beside me, always ready to guide and advise me whenever I encountered difficulties with any job assignment. 

Certainly, the events arranged by EuroDev for the interns were incredibly enjoyable. From hiking through the beautiful Dutch countryside to cooking together, participating in corporate events like skiing and visiting Christmas markets, these experiences were unforgettable and greatly valued. 

During my internship at EuroDev, few things stand out vividly in my memory: the incredible support from the team and the positive working atmosphere, the trust I was given in my role and the lasting friendships built with my fellow interns.
