Helen's Story

At EuroDev, I spent the past five months filled with learning experiences, surrounded by amazing colleagues. Not only did I gain deeper insights into the field of HR, but I also developed a variety of new skills along the way. From contract writing to understanding addendums, recruitment, and onboarding processes, being part of the HRO department took my knowledge of HR to the next level.

Additionally, working with the Outsourcing component introduced an entirely new challenge, exposing me to different employment laws across various European countries. While this was demanding, it ultimately allowed me to expand my expertise even further. Despite the challenges I faced throughout my internship, the HRO team was always there to support me. Being surrounded by a team that guided me through difficulties and encouraged learning from mistakes greatly contributed to my personal growth. I always felt comfortable asking questions and seeking support, which made the learning process even more valuable.
