Irene's Story

When I decided to do an internship at EuroDev, I wanted to challenge myself and gain hands-on experience in sales outsourcing. I was placed in the industrial unit, and the projects and tasks pushed me out of my comfort zone.

Right from the start, I realized this internship would be challenging. It required me to manage my time well, adapt to new situations, and understand global markets. However, this made it all the more rewarding, as I quickly learned how to balance multiple responsibilities while growing both personally and professionally.

One thing I truly appreciated about this internship was the balance between teamwork and independent work. I was given the freedom to structure my own tasks while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals. This sense of responsibility helped me develop confidence in my abilities and take ownership of my projects. For example, doing cold calling and email outreach seemed daunting at first, but over time, I found an approach that worked for me and improved significantly.

The EuroDev team was incredibly supportive. They came from diverse backgrounds and brought different skills to the table, which meant I could learn something new from each of them. Everyone was always willing to help, but they also encouraged me to take initiative and find my own way of working efficiently.

Looking back, I am grateful for everything I learned and the connections I made. There were certainly challenges, but they only made the experience more valuable. I would highly recommend this internship to anyone looking for a real-world learning experience and an opportunity to grow in business development. If I had the chance, I would definitely do it all over again!
