Magdalena's Story

Throughout my internship, I had the chance to develop new skills and gain valuable hands-on experience. One of the biggest learning curves was working with HubSpot — a platform I had never used before. Starting from scratch, I built a solid understanding of the entire process, from finding contacts to successfully sending out campaigns.

What I appreciated most about this internship was how much it pushed me to grow. One of my main challenges was writing emails. At first, it was difficult to draft messages that felt professional and engaging, but over time, I discovered different approaches and gained confidence.

The most enjoyable part of my internship was definitely the people. I had a great time working with the team and connecting with the other interns. Starting the internship alongside seven others made the experience even more special. We shared amazing moments—from paintballing with the coaches to ice skating with colleagues. One of the highlights was the Christmas Party, which I’ll always remember.
