At EuroDev we believe in International Business & Personal Development by creating an environment that allows individuals to grow and improve their skills to contribute to a global society. To make our CSR activities sustainable we focus on the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations which are close to us and we look to where we can have the biggest impact.
By encouraging internationalization diversity and the transfer of knowledge, we deliberately seek ways to empower and develop talent to their greatest potential, which provides added value to all stakeholders and the communities around us.

Climbing the Right Tree
Climbing the Right Tree is committed to putting young Africans in control of their future and that of their region or country. We seize the opportunities offered by digitalization and make them a reality. Since our inception, Climbing the Right Tree and its African partners have equipped more than 80 schools with computer labs, thus reaching more than 30,000 pupils and students from less fortunate backgrounds.

Internships
Internships are an integrated part of who we are and what drives us. We take internships seriously. In the recruitment stage, we create a full recruitment experience. During the internship, the interns are mentored by selected and trained coaches, receive 24 on-the-job pieces of training, have access to 5 academies, and will receive a Lifo® training which allows interns to identify their behavioral leadership style and learn to bridge it to differing styles. By coaching students and providing them with experience on the job, we create opportunities for career development. For North American inters we facilitate a Summer Internship to support culture exchange.

We offer participants of this program a sponsored internship in Europe.
